Kei Sakaguchi is former Vice President of Public Affairs & Communications for Coca-Cola (Japan) Co., Ltd., and has over 30 years’ experience in diverse corporate functions, including a 7-year assignment to NYC during the 1990’s with Sony Corporation. His strength lies with creation of overall communication strategies and key message content. He also has a strong interest in promoting socially & environmentally sustainable corporate business practices. Kei is privileged to serve as President for this renowned networking organization for communication executives. He lives in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo and appreciates Italian food and jazz.

Mathias Bouee is Managing Director for MediaKeys K.K. the subsidiary of Comkeys (100% independently owned communication group specialized in international advertising campaigns deployment). He leads sales and marketing strategy, while managing operations in Japan. His responsibilities include strengthening the MediaKeys brand family, and delivering targeted, client-driven solutions.

Mathias brings more than 15 years of dynamic sales leadership and customer service experience to this position. He also serves as Director and C.O.O. for Strategic Management Consultancy firm Bouee Research Institute bringing innovative customer and sales solutions to a wide range of companies notably worldwide renowned pharmaceutical corporations, cosmetic brands as well as leading service industry organisations.

Jon Lynch is CEO of K.K. Tsunago, a change management and communication consultancy firm which specializes in ’collaboration consulting.’ With a mission statement of ’silos to synergy,’ Jon has spent 25 years in Japan building a track record of helping domestic and multinational firms unlock value from their sales and marketing organizations. To further contribute to the growth of Japan, Jon recently launched a business school called ‘J-Global Institute’ in Tokyo Station’s Yaesu area. Based on peer-to-peer learning, open innovation and inter-cultural collaboration, participants learn key insights and skills to make a high-level Japanese teamwork environment for foreigners to thrive in. The institute also supports clear articulation and dissemination of strategic priorities at all levels of an organization.

Christian Schmitz, born in Germany, is the founder and president of Aventa, a company providing smart market entry, smart strategy and smart marketing to clients from abroad seeking to enter the Japanese market or Japanese clients who want to expand their business to international markets. He also provides advice on market expansion for businesses which are already established in the Japanese market.

As investor and shareholder, he participates actively in 3 different business ventures around environmental technology, social media and health & beauty.

He has a passion for classical music, sports and occasionally organises charity events to support people in need.

Originally from the USA, Neil has over twelve years experience living and working in Japan. He has worked as president of Eclipse Learning Corporation, a company that provides marketing and strategy consulting services to large and small companies, including entrepreneurial ventures, and founded several companies in both Japan and the United States.

Neil also has experience as a consultant at the management consulting company L.E.K. (focus on market entry strategies), in strategy at the investment bank Deutsche Bank, as well as working as head of marketing at the online peer-to-peer lender Maneo. Neil also lectures on Marketing and Entrepreneurship at universities throughout Japan.

Neil holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also holds an MPA from Harvard University.
