BMW i is a comprehensive and ground-breaking concept for sustainable mobility. It represents visionary electric vehicles and mobility services, inspiring design and a new understanding of premium that is strongly defined by sustainability. And it thrills with its innovative vehicles: the all-electric BMW i3, a locally emission-free car for city driving that is sustainably designed throughout, and the BMW i8 as the most progressive sports car.

FCC will take you for a ride into the future with Holm Richter, head of BMWi in Japan.

Holm was born in a country which does not exist anymore (GDR, better known as East Germany). Since then he has been on the move trying to find a home in various countries: from Germany via Ireland, China, Iran and India to Japan. On this quest he started as a mechanic and made his way to Japan as Head of BMW i, leading the most innovative sub-brand of the BMW Group in one of the most innovative countries in the world.
