Victor Knaap is the Main Monk of MediaMonks. After sailing around the world for a living, Victor became a foundational member of MediaMonks in 2003 — turning a basement boutique into a global business. Under his direction, MediaMonks mushroomed to become one of the most successful creative production companies worldwide. Their world-class work for has been recognized by global advertising and craft awards, winning over 220 FWAs and 128 Cannes Lions to date.

In the summer of 2018, MediaMonks joined forces with Sir Martin Sorrell's S4Capital, followed by MightyHive later that same year. With over 1200 people and 19 international offices, the group is championing a new model and building out the production platform of the future. In addition to MediaMonks, Victor is Executive Director of S4Capital, a board member of charity GET IT DONE as well as an advisory board member of IAB NL.
